Please be aware, we are a wholesaler and only sell to companies or traders whether that be a huge Ltd company or a sole trader on eBay or Depop. As such, this is a business-to-business transaction and not a business-to-consumer one. We never sell as a retailer therefore consumer law does not apply to any of our transactions.

We are a huge clothing grading factory based in the UK; the only in the country processing up to 100 tonnes per month! We make up these lots ourselves using the finest used clothing from around the world. We have over 18yrs buying and 10yrs retail experience within the clothing sector and know how to build a highly profitable sack for our customers.

We import the very best USA and European (mainly Italian) used clothing on offer. A minimum of 30 tonnes a week passes through our factory to keep up with the demand of our customers. We supply both retailers and wholesalers all around the world with this stock.

In most cases, these sacks will contain 100% grade A stock. However, it is possible that you may find some Grade B items due to human checking error.

BREXIT - EU SALES FROM THE 1ST JANUARY 2021

Thankfully, Europe & the UK have signed a FREE TRADE AGREEMENT this means there should be No Import Duties when buying our stock from within the EU. All our goods are sold to EU customers at ZERO VAT and this is now due on import rather than at the point of sale. Please ensure you check the rules for your country prior to purchasing as we cannot prevent any charges imposed and we are not liable to pay these charges. Failure to settle these charges will result in the parcel been returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any costs associated with this return from any agreed settlement.

We will do all the additional paperwork & declaration for free for your import.

OUTSIDE THE EU CUSTOMS CHARGES

Some countries may impose import duty charges on your items when entering your country. THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO TO PREVENT THIS AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE TO PAY YOUR CHARGES. It differs with each country, so please check with your own Border Force before purchase to anticipate any charge(s). Failure to settle these charges will result in the parcel been returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any costs associated with this return from any agreed settlement.

RETURNS POLICY - PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY

PLEASE NOTE - ALL BALE SALE/KILO SALE STOCK IS NON-RETURNABLE. IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOUR STOCK IS FROM OUR BALE SALE, THIS WILL BE STATED IN THE TITLE WHEN PURCHASING.

ALL OUR RETURNS ARE CREDIT NOTE ONLY

RETURN REQUEST STRICTLY WITHIN 24HRS AFTER SIGNED DELIVERY & RETURN DELIVERY WITHIN 7 DAY OF SIGNED DELIVERY

Return deliveries are strictly returned at your cost (the buyer) and must be booked to return back to us strictly within 7 days of date of signed delivery received by you (or day of us accepting returns whichever is greater). Until we receive the goods back, the goods are the buyers responsibility. We will check and weigh the goods upon their return and once this is done, a credit note will be issued 

Please allow up to 7 working days for return and credit note to be processed once stock is received back with us.

Any discrepancies in weight, style or quality of your stock must be addressed within 24hrs of signing for your delivery or will not stand.

Please make sure when signing for boxes you're signing for the right quantity of boxes on the screen of the delivery drivers' handheld device as you will be signing for the full delivery. If you sign for 5 boxes & only 2 were delivered, you are agreeing with the driver/delivery company you received the 5 & not 2, these discrepancies are for you to deal with as your signature is you agreeing to take responsibility of the goods from that date on.

If you have any issues with missing stock i.e. boxes, bales or pallets, you must inform us within 24hrs of delivery so we can issue claims against our delivery company. Any claims made after 24hrs, we cannot take responsibility of and you will lose your claim with us as we have no cover after that time paired with our delivery companies.

Any claims for under weight sacks or bales must be addressed within 24hrs of delivery & the sacks or bales must be unopened. Once you open the sacks/bales you are agreeing the correct weight was in the package & no claim for under weight can be claimed for.

Please note, as we are selling second hand clothing, you should expect to see signs of wear and from time to time a few items will pass by our grading team with minor damage. We sort over 20,000kg a week and simply can’t avoid some occasional human error, we say around 10% of sacks & bales may be classed as Grade B.

DELIVERIES & DISPATCHING

All orders may take up to 10 working days to be processed & marked as dispatched from the date of you placing your order on our website. Our warehouse will email you with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to deduct and costs in relation to unsuccessful deliveries from any settlement agreement.

OUR BALES & SACKS

Sack Contents - Within the sacks, you will find a mixture of male, female and unisex clothing (unless explicitly stated). You will also receive a general mix of sizes - we do try our best to limit children's clothing to the children's sacks, although some items may escape our grading team. Clothing is mixed era (unless stated) and will range from used modern clothing to 1940's fashion.

Quantities mentioned are a rough estimate & not what you are guaranteed to receive, all these sacks & bales are sold by weight & not per piece unless stated in the description.

Brands mentioned in the descriptions are an example of what you may find, you may find more brands you also may find none of the brands mentioned, if its a mixed brand mix, it will be just that - a brand mix.

Named branded mixes, for example Tommy & RL sacks or Champion sacks, are a mix of that brand. You may find all different types of those clothing, tees, shirts, jackets etc...these in most cases are an even mix of all but from time to time you might find an uneven mix for example all fleeces & nothing else.

All mixes should be an even mix but sometimes you may get uneven mix, if you want something like just branded hoodies please do not buy the hoodie mixed sacks, please buy from our collection or message us to see if we can make a perfect mix for you - this will cost more but you get exactly what you want.

We recommend that you launder your items as all items are unwashed, unpackaged and used so please expect some occasional dirt and signs of wear.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - Including Northern Ireland

All stock will be removed from sack or bales & sent in boxes, this is because our delivery company refuse to accept plastic sacks or bales unless its in large quantities & it will be transported on pallet.

GRADE A STOCK

These are taken, graded and sorted from our sacks and bales that we import every month. You can find all our items in raw unopened 45kg bales or 25kg sacks for much cheaper than buying in smaller quantities. GRADE B STOCK

From time to time, we sell off GRADE B stock. This means that these items could have small holes, damage, rips, stains or all of the above. However in most instances, they just need washing! This stock is a fraction of the cost of Grade A stock.

PLEASE NOTE WHEN PURCHASING GRADE B THAT THIS IS OUR ONLY NON-RETURNABLE STOCK AND IT IS SOLD AS SECONDS

ALL CREDIT NOTES ARE NON TRANSFERABLE & WILL BE VOIDED IF SOLD/PASSED TO ANOTHER PERSON/COMPANY
