PLEASE NOTE - ALL BALE SALE STOCK IS NON-RETURNABLE. IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOUR STOCK IS FROM OUR BALE SALE, THIS WILL BE STATED IN THE TITLE WHEN PURCHASING.
ALL OUR RETURNS ARE CREDIT NOTE ONLY
RETURN REQUEST STRICTLY WITHIN 24HRS AFTER SIGNED DELIVERY & RETURN DELIVERY WITHIN 7 DAY OF SIGNED DELIVERY
Return deliveries are strictly returned at your cost (the buyer) and must be booked to return back to us strictly within 7 days of date of signed delivery received by you (or day of us accepting returns whichever is greater). Until we receive the goods back, the goods are the buyers responsibility. We will check and weigh the goods upon their return and once this is done, a credit note will be issued
Please allow up to 7 working days for return and credit note to be processed once stock is received back with us.

What an experience, bulk vintage is an unbelievable company from the top man to all the staff, really polite and friendly.. I had a handpicking appointment today and I've got to say I'm really impressed and will definitely be coming back again, I'm very happy with my purchases! The stock is kept tidy so it's really easy to look through and pick what you want, and there is so much stuff there I would actually recommend doing it over 2 days if you can. Plus they are always topping the stock up throughout the day! The staff here are also really friendly and helpful. Thanks again guys and see you soon!
